Reporting Illegal Content (Art. 16 DSA)

You can report content you believe is illegal using the ⚠️ Report button available on every debate and replay page. When submitting a report, please provide:

• The specific content you believe is illegal
• The reason you believe it is illegal
• Your contact information (via your account)

We aim to review all reports within 24 hours and will notify you of our decision.

Content Moderation (Art. 14 DSA)

Our Terms of Service prohibit: hate speech, terrorist content, CSAM, harassment, doxxing, non-consensual intimate images, genocide denial, defamation, and intellectual property violations. Content that violates these rules may be hidden or removed. Users who repeatedly violate the rules may be banned.

Statement of Reasons (Art. 17 DSA)

When we restrict content or suspend an account, we provide the affected user with a clear statement of reasons, including: the specific grounds for the decision, the facts and circumstances relied upon, and information on available redress mechanisms.

Internal Complaint-Handling (Art. 20 DSA)

Users affected by content moderation decisions can appeal by contacting admin@debatiste.cz. We will review appeals within 14 days and provide a reasoned response.

Transparency

As required by the DSA, we do not use targeted advertising. We do not use dark patterns or deceptive interfaces. We do not profile users for content recommendations.
